The meal plan would be specifically for you as an individual, depending on your lifestyle and what your goals are. In addition, your likes and dislikes are critical, as if there is something that you do not like to eat, I won’t be putting it into your meal plan. My meal plans are functional, and created with your desired end result in mind, as the nutrition is key to this.
